2018-19年度財政預算案提出資助計畫優化措施簡介
05 MAR 2019 ( In Chinese Only ) 剛出席了資助計畫優化措施簡介會，由工業貿易署甄署長介紹多個中小企資助計畫優化措施。一方面，署方提出企業在申請資助時拆牆鬆綁簡化申請手續，另一方面資助計畫提高了資助申請金額，有助中小企開拓市場。建議優化措施包括 (1)中小企市場推廣基金由現時資助上限由港幣20萬加至40萬； (2) BUD專項基金﹞『企業支援計畫』其涵蓋地域由現時內地擴展至內地與東盟而企業資助上限由港幣50萬加至100萬資助； (3)為加強品牌發展，設備及技術轉型等，此計劃推廣基金可用在申請註冊專利／外觀設計／法律文件上……，而本人作為中小企國際聯盟知識產權委員會主席，大力支持是次推廣基金計劃。
